Thank you to all our regular customers inquiring about booking a stay in Fernie at the Cornerstone Lodge.  We value your continued support and patience as Cornerstone Lodge works with the community and province towards reopening to regional travellers in the near future.

While we continue to provide overnight accommodations for essential services, it is important to note the provincial government guidelines for non-essential travel to BC is still on hold till at least June. If we keep BC on a positive trend we may see some travel open up next month. Please continue to #stopthespread.

With that in mind, we are working with our community partners in anticipation of the opening up of our community to tourists next month. For more information on what this will look like, please stay tuned here and to the www.TourismFernie.com website.

We are welcoming reservations for all travellers starting in June but may still be required to rebook those at a later date if the provincial government extends the ‘no non-essential travel’ directive beyond May 31st. We will know more towards that later part of this month.

If you are travelling to Fernie to stay for essential travel, please see our earlier updates on how we have adjusted our operations at the Cornerstone Lodge to provide a safe environment for your stay with us.

Thank you for understanding and we look forward to hosting you back at the Cornerstone Lodge soon. In the meantime, stay safe, wash your hands and please reach out to our management team if you have questions or need to talk to us.
